About Our Team

Stephanie Jones, a middle Tennessee native, was a much more recent addition to the Real Estate community unlike her amazing partner, Taylor. She grew up as a professional singer and dancer, which allowed her to travel the world and meet many friends from different cultures and backgrounds. This led her to want to be involved in the community more, and find a way to help the people she connected with reach their dreams. She worked most recently for Cirque du Soleil and helped teach national tours as a musical director and assistant to the director and choreographer. Allowing people to thrive was her passion. Finding their potential was a must. Helping them reach that potential was everything to her. 

Stephanie had run four different real estate teams across New Jersey and New York between gigs and fell in love. Where else could she help clients build a legacy? She moved back to Nashville about 10 years ago and started going strong in the real estate market here. Taylor and her built The Arbor Home Group out of their love for nature and helping people build their real estate legacy. We are so excited to help you find where you want to be. 

Taylor Day, a middle Tennessee native, grew up in the real estate industry since childhood. He started in retail banking before breaking into mortgages. He then moved full time into real estate to support the family home building business in 2009 with a focus on new construction and developments. Taylor decided it was time to truly create a legacy for his amazing daughters and began building and expanding. He received his Brokers license in 2018. He co-owned a real estate company and since that venture has consulted with various other real estate companies and agents to help them grow toward their full potential. He has always had a passion for helping other agents, clients and the community with a "People first, Always" attitude. His goal is to help as many familys create a legacy for themselves and their family also. 

Taylor's passion for music has extended to the community as he is big into supporting the arts in the Rutherford County Community. He and Stephanie want to open a school of the arts in Murfreesboro to help children experience beauty they might not have in the school systems.
